At Saardé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible retail items.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a return.

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
